ACLC College of Baliuag started its operation in December 2006. It was willed with an objective to offer quality education to the community where it stands.

After 2 years, the school obtained its permit to offer 4-year degree courses such as BS Information Technology and BS Computer Science. Then, we acquired the name ACLC College of Baliuag. The Managing Director, Mr. Victor Eusebio, decided to acquire a 3-story annex building beside the main building to maximize the schools potential to be one of the leading colleges in Baliuag.

In 2015, under the supervision of the School Directress, Mrs. Melanie B. Borlongan, and the OIC, Mrs. Marissa H. Torne and with collaborated efforts from the Admin Staff, Deans, Program Heads and Faculty Members, ACLC College of Baliuag was granted a permit to offer Senior High School Tracks. Tracks offered are TVL Tracks: ICT (Computer Programming and Animation) and Home Economics(Tourism Promotion Management and Food Beverages Services) and Academic Tracks: ABM (Accounting, Business and Management) and GAS (General Academic Strand

On its first year of offering Senior High School, ACLC College of Baliuag won as the Grand Champion of PASKO sa KALYE 2016 and became the Representative of Baliuag in the Provincial meet called the DULANSANGAN 2016 and won 3rd Place.
